Rockstar announced GTA V "expanded and enhanced" version for PS5 and XBox Series X, while people are waiting to find out if GTA 6 is based in Vice City or not. Any day now.
The way this is going it would take a huge culture change for Rockstar to get their act together and return to their former greatness. I will buy GTA 6, but even if I will love the game, I will probably hate paying for it, all thanks to the disconnect between Rockstar and their fanbase.
My hopes for GTA 6:
* Actual larger-than-thought-possible map, that is not dead.
* Both city and countryside.
* No sci-fi elements like what GTA Online has.
* An even more free storyline than GTA V. V felt like a chore sometimes, for us that didn't have lots of hours to play it at a time.
* Some elements of exploration involved. It was cool to explore the desert and the woods in San Andreas, and the countryside of GTA V didn't really cut it. Civilization was always close and the seaside activities didn't really do it for me.
